Website content is general information
The services, photos and descriptions on this site are provided for general information about the work we do. They don't amount to a quotation, offer, or binding description of any specific job. Every project is different, and pricing, materials and timescales are agreed individually once we've seen the work involved.
Enquiries and quotes
Getting in touch through this site - by Facebook message, WhatsApp, phone, email, or any enquiry form - doesn't create a contract between us. A contract for building or joinery work only comes into effect once we've agreed a written quote or works agreement with you, covering scope, price, and timescale for that specific job.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, and project images on this site belong to JDS or are used with the relevant permission, and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to share a link to the site, but please don't copy, reproduce, or reuse the content - including project photographs - without asking us first.
Accuracy and liability
We've made a reasonable effort to keep this site accurate and up to date, but things can change - areas we cover, services offered, or company details. We don't accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content in place of a proper written quote. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow us to (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Where this site links out to third parties - Facebook, WhatsApp, Companies House, or a supplier's site - we're not responsible for the content or availability of those external sites.
