That typically happens when you get in touch through this site - by clicking through to message us on Facebook, opening a WhatsApp chat, calling the phone number, or emailing us. Depending on how you contact us, that might include your name, phone number, email address, and whatever details you share about your project.

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any automated method to collect information about your visit to this site. If that changes in future, this page will be updated and a cookie banner added where required by law.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, discuss and quote for work, and - if you go ahead with a project - to deliver and manage that work. We don't use your information for marketing unless you've separately agreed to that, and we never sell your information to third parties.

Our legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on: your consent, when you voluntarily contact us; our legitimate interests, in responding to enquiries and running our business; and contract, where we're carrying out work you've agreed to and asked us to do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as it's needed to handle your enquiry or project, and afterwards for as long as we have a legitimate business reason to - for example, accounting records, warranty periods, or legal requirements. We don't keep personal information indefinitely without reason.

Sharing your information

We don't share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Where you contact us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, those messages are also subject to Meta's own privacy policy, since the conversation takes place on their platform. We may share information with people who provide services to us - such as an accountant, or a supplier directly involved in your project - but only where it's necessary to do so.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: ask what personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct anything inaccurate; ask us to delete your information; ask us to restrict or object to how we use it; and ask for a copy of your information in a portable format.
